buffet, restaurants and facilities are 10. The cleaning of the room. And the friendliness and friendliness of ALL the staff are fantastic. good plan to disconnect the weekend.
Mattress a little uncomfortable.. There should be an exclusive swimming pool for adults, but I understand that it is a family hotel. . There is no Spa area with heated indoor pools, not just treatments.

The rooms here have really comfortable beds, a lounge area, a couch, and a sofa sleeper, plus the staff is incredibly friendly.

Ideal for families with children, lots of atmosphere, is like a small village with all services, has access to a wonderful cove. The staff is very attentive and helpful and are always looking for a solution.

Not much really. Once we finally got a room that did not have luggage id was modern and clean.
The fact we got a room that had someones else luggage in it. I would hate to think this would happen to me. It then took reception an hour or so to get us another room.

The location by the national park and with a beach restaurant for evening meals was fantastic. Being off the beaten track gave the hotel a secluded and peaceful atmosphere. - the proximity to Majorca and the amenities like the amphitheater added to the charm of the location.

The hotel's location was stunning, close to various restaurants, another beach, and attractions like the Caves of Drach and Arta. Our room was spotless and spacious, with lovely ocean views and treats.

The hotel as an excellent location on a Calla Beach, staff very friendly, great sports facilities. It is a great choice for families with children.
The timing of meals including dinner are thought in the German tourists. It is unacceptable that the dinner ends at 21:30 local time. Reactively housing for a 4-star hotel, including the bath house should be more spacious and modern. There should also be in the family rooms in addition to the television in the living room a bedroom TV.

We stayed in May 2010 with a 2,5 years old kid. We enjoyed our vacations. I would recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a true family place.
Points for improvement: only one heated swiming pool and till 1.4 meters deep = not for children. Beach could be cleaned from algae and this will help overcome the size of the beach itself. Miniclub only for children starting from 4 Y.O. There is a Baby Club but the nany told me it is only for German and English speakers (this is weird cause I do not know any 1-1.5 year old baby who actually speaks!!!)
